What is your shipping policy?
We currently ship to the EU and the UK. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please email us as soon as possible at info@ikifive.com with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address within 24 hours of your order being placed. After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee changes can be made and refunds will not be provided for incorrect address submissions.

Do you offer returns?
We’re currently unable to offer free standard returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at info@ikifive.com and we’ll do our best to help.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
