What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Orderes are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in the incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@ikifive.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

Do you offer free returns?
Yes, we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and iDeal payment methods.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
