   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or unauthorised sellers.

5. Shipping & delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays outside of our control.

6. Incorrect address
   If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only guarantee address changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes and refunds will not be provided for incorrect address submissions.

7. Returns & exchanges
   Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions listed in that policy.

8. Home fragrance product safety (candles and reed diffusers)
   Our candles and reed diffusers are intended for home use only.

By purchasing and using these products, you agree to use them responsibly and follow all care and safety instructions. ikifive is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, failure to follow safety guidelines, or use in an unsafe environment.

General safety reminders include (but are not limited to):
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
• Always place candles on a heat-safe surface
• Do not move a candle while lit or while wax is hot
• Keep diffuser oils away from skin, eyes, textiles, and furniture
• Diffuser oils may stain surfaces
• Stop use if irritation occurs
• Use in a well-ventilated space

9. Allergies & sensitivities
   Our products may contain fragrance oils or ingredients that can cause irritation or allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Please discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

10. Intellectual property
    All content on this website, including product names, logos, photos, graphics, and written text, is owned by ikifive and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. Third-party services & links
    Certain services used through our website (such as payment providers, carriers, and Shopify) may be operated by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
