At ikifive, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely and smoothly, whether you’re ordering clothing, candles, reed diffusers, or a mix of products. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking.
Where we ship
We currently ship to:

• United Kingdom (UK)
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Order processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note:
• Orders containing multiple items (for example clothing + home fragrance) may ship together
• During busy periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may take slightly longer
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on:
• Destination
• Package size and weight
• Shipping method selected
Estimated delivery time
Delivery times start once your order has been shipped (not from the moment the order is placed). Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the carrier.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If you entered an incorrect address, email us as soon as possible at info@ikifive.com with your order number and the correct address. We can update shipping details within 24 hours of your order being placed.
After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee changes can be made and refunds will not be provided for orders placed with incorrect address details.
