At ikifive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@ikifive.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you instructions on how to proceed.
- Prepare Your Package: Ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Packaging: Please use the original packaging or a secure, waterproof package to return the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend using a service that offers insurance for the value of the items being returned.
- Refund: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To request an exchange for a different size, color, or item, please follow the same steps as outlined above for returns. In your email, indicate the item you would like to exchange and the desired replacement.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) instead.
Conditions
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
