RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At ikifive, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. This policy applies to clothing and home fragrance products (candles and reed diffusers), with additional conditions listed below.
Return & exchange window
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
How to request a return or exchange

Email us
Send an email to info@ikifive.com including:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
• The reason for your request
• For exchanges: the requested replacement size/colour/item -
Receive return instructions
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. -
Pack your item(s) securely
Please return items securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Use the original packaging where possible, or a secure waterproof shipping package. -
Ship your return
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, and approved under the conditions below, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please note:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour, or item, we will do our best to arrange an exchange once your return has been approved and received.
If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Return conditions (applies to all products)
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be returned:
• Within the return window
• In original condition
• With original tags and packaging (where applicable)
• Suitable for resale
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if the returned item:
• Shows visible signs of wear or damage
• Has stains, marks, odours, deodorant marks, or makeup marks
• Has been washed or worn
• Has tags removed, reattached, or tampered with
• Has packaging missing or damaged in a way that makes the item unsuitable for resale
Additional rules for candles and reed diffusers
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles or reed diffusers that have been opened, used, burned, or tampered with.
If your candle or diffuser arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can support you as quickly as possible.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a faulty product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ikifive.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• Photos of the outer packaging
